Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst, including strong process-mapping skills and experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence working on ambiguous programmes and adapting to their level of maturity
- UAT or testing support experience is valuable
- ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar is beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities
- Produce clear As-Is and To-Be process maps with business and functional teams
- Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements, including BI reporting requirements
- Analyse gaps between processes, existing requirements, and test scripts, and help resolve identified gaps
- Support UAT and test teams, ensuring defects are triaged and progressed
- Help create training materials aligned with agreed processes and support early life after go-live

Were recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a global business services organisation as its SAP S/4HANA programme moves towards go-live. This is a UK-based remote role with occasional travel to site, offered on a fixed-term contract through to the end of March 2027, with the option to become permanent.
