Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements
- Strong software development skills and experience delivering production software
- Proficiency in one or more of C#/.NET, TypeScript/Angular, or Python/Django
- Experience building APIs, working with relational databases, and integrating business systems
- Practical experience using AI development tools and incorporating generative AI, document intelligence, or intelligent automation into working solutions
- Understanding of LLM application patterns, including RAG and agent orchestration, and an interest in evaluating and monitoring deployed solutions
- Curiosity, a product-minded approach, and the ability to turn business problems into reliable software
- Experience with Azure, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and cloud deployment would be valuable
Responsibilities
- Build cloud applications, customer portals, APIs, and integrations that turn complex data into useful products
- Develop AI capabilities, including document intelligence, semantic search, RAG, and intelligent agents
- Use tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate development, applying sound judgment to testing, security, and maintainability
- Replace manual processes with intelligent workflows and help modernize existing platforms
- Shape architecture, reusable components, and engineering practices while working directly with users and domain specialists
