Requirements
- Proven hands-on delivery experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including strong Power Apps and Power Automate skills and working knowledge of Dataverse
- Dynamics 365 experience, ideally configuring or customising Customer Engagement apps
- Confidence working directly with clients and explaining technical choices in plain language
- Experience partnering with software vendors or technology partners to deliver for shared clients
- Desirable: wealth management or financial advice experience, Power BI and DAX, business analysis, Azure DevOps, or PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 certification
Responsibilities
- Design and build model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and Dataverse data models for wealth management clients
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CRM platforms, shaping data models, security roles, integrations, and scalable environments
- Run discovery workshops, map processes, and turn requirements into clear user stories
- Partner with CRM providers on joint client delivery and build Power BI reporting, from board MI to operational dashboards
- Mentor colleagues and help grow our Power Platform practice
- Shape proposals, standards, and reusable delivery IP
- Lead client delivery on high-impact programmes

We are growing our Microsoft capability and seeking a Senior Power Platform Consultant to lead solution design and delivery for wealth management clients. This is a remote-first role with a London base and occasional travel to London and client sites. The salary is approximately £75,000 (£70,000–£80,000), with bonus potential and a benefits package including a healthcare cash plan, wellbeing support, paid volunteering, life assurance, and pension.
