Requirements
- Hands-on experience supporting Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with Avid Media Composer
- Previous broadcast or post-production support experience
- Good understanding of media production workflows and technical infrastructure
- Experience with Mimir is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer
- Support broadcast production systems, including Avid, Vantage, Glookast and Mimir
- Plan and deliver system maintenance and upgrades
- Support and automate media ingest workflows
- Manage IP addresses and coordinate infrastructure upgrades
- Troubleshoot production system issues and support editors and producers
- Document technical processes, FAQs and common fixes
- Support the transition from Avid to Adobe Premiere Pro

We are recruiting for a Broadcast Technology Engineer to bridge broadcast and IT, support production systems, and help ensure smooth broadcast and post-production operations. The role is based 100% onsite at Chiswick Business Park in West London, part-time on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, from 10 AM to 6 PM. The rate is GBP 41 per hour, inside IR35.
