Requirements
- Commercial configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of data, integrations, security and automation
- Experience gathering requirements and testing system changes
- Exposure to controlled deployments across multiple environments
- Experience working within structured change and release processes
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to independently own defined work
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
- Translate business requirements into effective system changes
- Investigate incidents involving data, users, permissions, configuration and defects
- Assess integrations, security, data models and downstream impacts
- Create test cases and evidence for release approval
- Support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Deploy changes through development, test/UAT and production environments
- Follow established SDLC, security, change-control and release processes
- Maintain clear technical and support documentation
- Communicate progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders
