More
We are recruiting a Lead Software Engineer for a global software business, working across three products in its portfolio. The role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership: around 60–70% of the time is focused on technical work, with the remainder spent on leadership, reviews and removing blockers. The team already uses AI coding agents extensively. The salary is up to £90,000, and the role is hybrid in the UK, with a location near Nottingham preferred; office attendance requirements are to be confirmed. Youll collaborate regularly with US colleagues during normal UK working hours. Occasional US travel may be available but is not required. The interview process is expected to include a technical discussion with engineering peers, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager.
