Requirements
- Proven track record leading complex projects or programmes in a large, multidisciplinary organisation
- Strong stakeholder leadership, including building trusted relationships with senior delivery teams and partner functions, including third parties where applicable
- Confident delivery management across risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and progress reporting
- Experience bringing structure and clarity to coordination across multiple workstreams
- Security clearance to BPSS level
Responsibilities
- Deliver one or more ESN data outcomes across multiple workstreams and business areas
- Turn high-level objectives into delivery priorities, actionable plans and measurable success measures
- Identify delivery gaps and drive timely interventions to keep the programme on track
- Bring together stakeholders across business and technical functions to create a coherent delivery approach
- Own and manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and change
- Lead governance and assurance activities, facilitating workshops, discussions and decision-making sessions
- Manage outcome-specific milestone readiness, including GNGs and countdown-to-launch activity
- Provide clear status reporting and drive escalation and decisions when action is needed
