Responsibilities
- Sales Order and RMA Management: Support the creation, processing, and checking of sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with company procedures.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate with warehouses, customs brokers, courier companies, and other logistics partners to support smooth and timely deliveries, shipments, and returns.
- Order Tracking: Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, shipment status, and related logistics activities, following up on delays or issues when necessary.
- Master Data Management: Create and maintain customer, product, and other operational master data, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date in relevant systems.
- Documentation and Archiving: Organize, maintain, and archive operational and administrative documents, ensuring records are complete, accessible, and properly traceable.
- Administrative Support: Support daily office and administrative activities, including coordination with suppliers and service providers, document follow-up, company registrations and contracts, and other administrative processes as required.
- Fixed Asset and Office Records: Support the tracking and maintenance of company fixed assets, office equipment, and related records, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.
- Requirments: Graduate or senior student in a relevant field, available to work at least 4 days per week.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and modern office tools.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a strong ability to learn, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
