- KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Data Analysis Business Process Management System Enablement and Adoption REQUIRED EDUCATION Essential : Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Desired : Certification in SAP EAM/PM, data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, or process improvement is advantageous REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Essential: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Engineering Services, including the use of related systems, data analysis, data-quality monitoring, and operational reporting.
- Desired: Experience in system configuration and user training, dashboard development, advanced analytics, and process improvement is preferred REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Engineering Services systems and processes SAP EAM/PM or related asset management systems Data quality monitoring and system audit procedures Data analysis and interpretation Report and dashboard development System configuration and process improvement User training and system adoption support All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
