In this strategic leadership role where business, technology, and transformation come together.In this role, you will lead the continuous evolution of key business processes and digital solutions across our global SHAPE platform (Schindler Harmonized Applications for Process Excellence).
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Business Process Owners, IT teams, and external partners to define the future of our systems landscape, drive large-scale transformation initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of business-critical solutions on a global scale.
Your Impact
- Lead and develop the team, setting strategic direction, priorities, and performance standards while fostering talent and succession planning.
- Own and govern the end-to-end Business Requirements lifecycle, ensuring scalable, future-ready process and solution designs aligned with business needs.
- Act as IT Demand Management Owner, driving solution decisions in line with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, Group IT strategy, and business value.
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations in close collaboration with Business Process Owners, IT teams, and strategic technology partners.
- Drive successful business adoption through effective change management, training, data migration, and process enablement activities.
- Ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions by overseeing project governance, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and supplier performance.
Who You Are
You are an experienced leader who combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of business processes and technology. You thrive in complex international environments, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and are passionate about driving transformation and operational excellence.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive leadership experience in the elevator industry or a comparable industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes, digital transformation, and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Proven experience in IT management, business demand management, and requirements engineering.
- Solid knowledge of solution architecture, system design, and large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong project and quality management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives successfully.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English. German and additional languages are an advantage.
