Join our Customer Care Platform team and drive the evolution of business-critical solutions within Schindler’s Digital Services Platform. You will connect business needs with technology, shape the product roadmap, and work with stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and integrated customer care services.
Your Impact
- Shape and drive the Customer Care Platform product roadmap, aligning priorities with customer needs, business objectives, and the Digital Services Platform strategy.
- Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog, translating business and technical requirements into clear user stories and actionable deliverables.
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring transparency on priorities, progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Maintain an end-to-end understanding of the TeleAlarm ecosystem and identify opportunities for integration, automation, and service improvement.
- Support the full product lifecycle, including refinement, sprint planning, testing, releases, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

You are a structured and customer-focused professional who enjoys bringing business and technology together. With a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, you build trusted relationships across functions and confidently navigate priorities in an international, fast-moving environment. You take ownership, work independently, and remain focused on delivering meaningful product outcomes.
What you bring
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience as a Product Owner managing digital products or services, combined with a strong understanding of agile ways of working.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, voice engineering, IoT connectivity, backend architecture, or high-availability infrastructure.
- Understanding of call-centre operations, security, governance, and regulatory requirements for business-critical services.
- Proficient English skills, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
