Royal Loop Vet Clinic is growing and looking for a Part Time Veterinary Office Assistant (VOA) to join our incredible team located adjacent to Mount Royal / South Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will work 18-24 hours per week scheduled as two weekday shifts 9.75 hours (minus 30 minute unpaid lunch) and rotating Saturdays 9am - 3pm, with the option of working every Saturday to maintain a 24 hour per week benefit eligibility threshold.

This exciting role will cover reception and administrative duties, manage appointment flow, and maintain high standards of clinic cleanliness, all while addressing varying client needs. During patient care shifts, you will assist Veterinarians and Registered Veterinary Technologists in exams, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries, while ensuring the clinic environment remains clean and well stocked.
