- You’ll proactively build pipeline, open doors with new customers and take ownership of opportunities from first conversation through to close.
- We’re looking for someone tenacious, target-driven and hungry to earn.
- You’ll be comfortable prospecting, picking up the phone and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them to come to you.
- You’ll understand what drives a buying decision, build urgency and confidently demonstrate the commercial value of our solutions.
- You’ll own your number, know your pipeline and keep opportunities moving.
- Using a consultative approach, you’ll uncover customer challenges, position the right solution and focus on conversion, revenue and long-term customer value.
- Hunt, create and win – Proactively generate and qualify new business through outbound prospecting, inbound leads and targeted campaigns.
- Open new doors – Confidently approach SMEs, start commercial conversations and turn prospects into genuine sales opportunities.

- Build and convert pipeline – Manage opportunities from first contact through to close, maintaining a strong pipeline and maximising conversion.
- Progress with pace – Create urgency, overcome objections and keep deals moving through the sales cycle.
- Sell on value – Understand customers’ HR and Health & Safety challenges and clearly demonstrate the commercial value of the right solution.
- Maximise every opportunity – Identify cross-sell opportunities and confidently position longer-term agreements where they add value for the customer.
- Bring the energy – Be resilient, competitive and persistent.
- You’ll be comfortable hearing “no”, learning from it and moving on to the next opportunity.
- Know your numbers – Keep your CRM, pipeline and forecast accurate and have a clear understanding of what you need to deliver against target.
- Keep raising the bar – Develop your product and industry knowledge, sharpen your sales approach and continually look for ways to improve your performance.
