Complete functional behavioural assessments for individuals with behaviours that challenge Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans Train and support staff in understanding and applying behavioural strategies Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to promote trauma-informed, least-restrictive practice Provide clinical input to risk assessments, care plans, and crisis prevention strategies Monitor and evaluate progress, adapting interventions where necessary Support referral assessments and contribute to funding/clinical justifications

Person Specification

Experience Essential

1. Working towards or holding a PBS qualification 2. Experience in forensic settings or community mental health

Qualifications Essential

1. A recognised degree in Psychology (minimum 2:1) 2. Experience working with individuals with autism, mental health needs, or learning disabilities 3. A strong understanding of PBS and person-centred planning 4. Excellent report writing and communication skills 5. Ability to work independently and across multiple sites 6. Driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
