RequirementsPrevious experience in a supported living or social care settingProven experience in a leadership or senior support roleNVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) essentialNVQ Level 5 (or willingness to work towards) desirableStrong knowledge of safeguarding and care regulationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to lead by example and inspire a teamFlexibility to work shifts, including weekends

Requirements Previous experience in a supported living or social care setting Proven experience in a leadership or senior support role NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) essential Strong knowledge of safeguarding and care regulations Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to lead by example and inspire a team Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
