Job summary
Cromer Group Practice are seeking a motivated and experienced primary care Clinical Pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive practice on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is offered on a part-time basis for 30 hours per week with remote working available.We offer:

You will play a key role in optimising patient care, improving prescribing safety, and supporting the wider multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be supported by two experienced Pharmacy Technicians, ensuring a well-structured and collaborative approach to medicines management.
Main duties of the job
Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients Undertake structured medication reviews and medicines reconciliation Act as an independent prescriber to manage and optimise patient treatment plans Support safe, cost-effective prescribing in line with local and national guidance Manage long-term conditions and contribute to chronic disease management Respond to medication queries from patients and clinical staff Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and the wider practice team Support quality improvement and prescribing audit initiatives

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC Qualified Independent Prescriber (essential)
Experience Essential
Experience working in primary care (or comparable clinical setting) Strong clinical knowledge across long-term conditions Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
