Main duties of the job As a Senior Administrator, you will support the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Your key duties include developing efficient systems of management, delegating tasks as appropriate, promoting the development of a qualified learning environment, and deputizing for the practice manager when necessary. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the surgery, ensuring effective processing of administrative work and maintaining appropriate liaison with reception and administrative teams. This role requires excellent communication skills and experience in reception or customer care. NHS or GP Practice experience, as well as prior use of System One, are desirable but not essential.

Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
Supporting the Practice Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the practice where required, help develop efficient systems of management and to delegate tasks appropriately. To promote the development and maintenance of a qualify learning environments throughout the practice. To deputise for the practice manager and will be a member of the surgery team with the delegated responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the surgery. You will ensure the effective processing of all administrative work and appropriate liaison with the reception and administration team.Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues:
NHS or GP Practice experience and previous use of System One is desirable. Reception or customer care experience is essential as well as an excellent communicator both spoken and written. Must have basic PC skills such as Word, Excel and email. Able to work within processes, procedures and maintain confidently and data security. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
The ideal candidate should have experience in reception or customer care with excellent communication skills. While NHS or GP Practice experience is desirable, it is not essential. Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email, are required. Familiarity with System One is also desirable, although not mandatory.
