The Role Kyndryl is hiring an experienced, commercially minded Legal Counsel to support our business in the Netherlands and contribute to high-impact legal work across Europe. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, giving pragmatic, risk-based guidance across corporate, commercial, technology, and regulatory matters - not just flagging risk, but helping the business move through it. This is a newly created individual contributor role within the European Legal team, based in the Netherlands and reporting to the Benelux Head of Legal. It suits a hands-on lawyer who pairs strong legal expertise with sound commercial judgment, works comfortably with senior stakeholders, and wants ownership of complex transactions, technology services contracts, and strategic initiatives - in a fast-paced, genuinely international environment.
Who You Are
- Qualified lawyer with a Dutch law degree, LL.M., or equivalent legal qualification.
- Typically 5+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and IT law; more senior candidates will be considered depending on expertise and business fit.
- Strong track record in corporate and commercial law, ideally including complex, large-scale, or technology-related contracts.
