Busy foot clinic is seeking a full time medical office assistant.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work well on their own with a demanding schedule for our podiatrist. Must be prompt, neat, professional, friendly, and have a quality customer service mindset with good communication skills. Must have reliable vehicle, as the job involves travel to our Calgary clinic, and surrounding towns (Cochrane and Red Deer). Position involves direct patient care; experience is an asset, but is not required as adequate training will be provided.
Position entails handling all duties associated with the back end office, including but not limited to rooming patients, patient vitals, assisting doctor while in room, assisting with minor procedures, supply preparation, orthotic dispense, and numerous other clinical duties.
