- Model tax impacts of acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, financing arrangements, and other strategic transactions.
- Perform tax due diligence, support transaction execution, and coordinate tax considerations during post-close integration.
- Prepare and review tax disclosures, workpapers, and supporting documentation for U.S. federal income tax filings related to planning transactions.
- Partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and external advisors on tax forecasting, global cash management, and international tax planning initiatives.

- Ability to interpret complex tax rules and communicate practical recommendations, risks, opportunities, and implementation requirements to finance and business stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and external advisors on transactions, restructurings, or tax-planning initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to develop clear analysis, models, and executive-ready presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, J.D., Master’s degree in Taxation, or LL.M. in Taxation.
