  • Monitor and coordinate internal and external processes for bank-instrument-related fees, ensuring timely validation and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and balances for issued bank instruments.
  • Support monthly cash-management activities and other ad hoc treasury processes.
  • Coordinate internal reviews and approval processes to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support corporate real-estate activities, including management of the third-party lease-administration provider and lease-related database.
  • Act as a key backup for stock-plan administration and the rabbi trust program.
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and documentation.
  • Participate in treasury projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of banking products, including letters of credit, standby letters of credit, and bank guarantees.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, banks, and external service providers.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage changing priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian.

Preferred Qualifications
