Requirements
- We require proven experience in data migration and development within ERP transformation projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- We require hands-on experience with data factory development, data cleansing, and data quality analysis using tools such as Palantir, AWS, Power BI, or similar.
- We value familiarity with finance and procurement data landscapes and associated systems.
- We require strong technical skills in data mapping, migration specification design, and data reconciliation.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations is desirable.
- We require the ability to work in a complex, matrixed organisation with multiple stakeholders.
- We value excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- We need you to lead the technical development and operation of our data migration factory, implementing migration specifications and data mappings.
- You will manage one data analyst contributing to the overall data migration team goals.
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse data quality and prioritise cleansing efforts against migration deadlines and quality standards.
- You will produce and manage Data Management Plans, Data Definitions, Migration Specifications, Data Reconciliation Reports, and Cutover Plans.
- You will engage with stakeholders across business units to understand data challenges and ensure migration solutions meet business requirements.
- You will establish practices that contribute to future data governance frameworks in our finance and procurement domains.
- You will design, build, and operate the data factory migrating data from multiple source systems into our new SAP S/4HANA and eProcurement environments.
- You will work closely with SAP specialists, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to support data cleansing, transformation, migration, and quality analysis.

We are a large, well-known facilities management organisation seeking a Data Migration Lead Developer for our UK ERP and eProcurement finance transformation programme. This is a fully remote, one-year fixed-term contract, with occasional travel when needed.
