Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban and Gherkin
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or similar tools
- Confidence working with developers, technical teams and third-party suppliers
- Skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and data analysis
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience within e-commerce is advantageous
- Practical understanding of AI tools and how they can improve delivery and efficiency
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritise the Jira backlog to support agile delivery
- Map data between systems and support integration projects
- Work with developers on APIs, system enhancements and new solutions
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage business relationships
- Support testing, solution validation and continuous process improvement
- Undertake project management activities, including planning, tracking, risk management and reporting, as required
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into clear requirements
