Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Product Owner, AI Product Owner, Product Manager, or Data & AI Consultant
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and modern analytics environments
- Knowledge of Databricks, Data Lakehouse, and cloud-based data platforms
- Experience delivering AI-driven products and solutions in large organisations
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience owning product roadmaps, business cases, and value realisation activities
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product outcomes
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management practices
- Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry
- Desirable: Knowledge of Databricks Mosaic AI and MLflow
- Desirable: Experience delivering RAG, AI Agent, and Knowledge Assistant solutions
- Desirable: Background in Management Consulting or Digital Transformation

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data & AI products
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and shape AI, GenAI, Analytics, and Automation opportunities
- Translate business challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions as a trusted advisor
- Lead product discovery, business case development, and value realisation initiatives
- Drive prioritisation and delivery of AI use cases, including Copilot, AI Agents, RAG, Knowledge Assistants, and Intelligent Automation
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Manage and refine the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and business value outcomes
- Support product releases and promote successful stakeholder engagement and adoption
- Present product strategies, investment proposals, and programme updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Product Owner to join a major enterprise data transformation programme delivering AI, analytics, and data platform solutions. The role focuses on helping business stakeholders unlock value through Generative AI, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics, while aligning solutions with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomes. It is suited to someone with a background in Product Management, Data & AI, Consulting, or Digital Transformation, and experience with modern cloud data platforms and AI ecosystems. The position is based in London, with 2–3 days per week onsite, for a 12-month duration. The day rate is £510 inside IR35.
