About this role
- Azure Full Stack Experience – 9 to 12 years Full stack development experience building enterprise-grade applications, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React (TypeScript), component-based UI architecture, state management (Redux or Zustand), and building data-dense interfaces — dashboards, multi-step workflow steppers, form-heavy screens, and real-time KPI displays.
- Backend: Strong Python development skills with FastAPI — designing and building RESTful APIs, async request handling, dependency injection, Pydantic models for request/response validation, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.
- C# (.NET) experience is a plus.
- Database: Solid experience with Azure SQL — schema design, migrations, indexing, stored procedures, and working with immutable/append-only patterns such as audit logs and step execution tables.
- Experience with SQLAlchemy ORM or pyodbc preferred.
- API Design: Ability to design clean, versioned REST APIs — authentication, middleware, error handling, and integration with external services and third-party connectors.
- Workflow / BPM Patterns: Familiarity with state machine design, step routing, and audit trail recording.
- BPM experience is a plus.
