About this role
- Experienced AMOS Consultant with 12+ years of overall experience, including at least 7 years of hands-on AMOS experience in an MRO environment.
- Strong understanding of MRO functional processes is required, with expertise in at least two areas such as technical records, maintenance planning and forecasting, engineering, shop/line/base maintenance, configuration management, procurement, or master data management.
- Manage technical queries and user support by troubleshooting configuration, data, interface, and access-related issues, while ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Identify and drive process optimization and automation opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and support testing, deployment, and adoption of enhancements.
- Responsible for impact assessment of reports, data workflows, interfaces, structural changes, and dependency analysis.
- Document as-is and to-be business processes, identify ERP or AMOS process gaps, and propose practical business solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Working knowledge of AMOS interfaces and AMOS administration is preferred, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Note: Consultant will have to undergo customer screening as well.
