Responsibilities: L2 Technical Support
Provide intermediate (L2) support for technical issues related to data center infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption; Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of data center infrastructure components including servers, storage, network equipment, and virtualization technologies; Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Perform proactive monitoring, routine checks, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and environmental components to ensure data center stability; Patching : Perform Patching for any of the Area : Server, Storage, Network devices, Firmware updates Optimization: Support the optimization of data center operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs; Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in data center projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and implementation; Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation related to data center processes, procedures, configurations, and incident
