1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday | $18.50/hr 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday | $20.35/hr 3rd Shift: 9:15 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday | $21.09/hr🔧 Responsibilities
- Support production, packaging, and warehouse operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Receive and move materials throughout the facility
- Use RF scanners and inventory systems
- Inspect, label, and package finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling
- Follow all quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic English communication skills

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fishers, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.09/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
