Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled welders to join our team in producing large-scale structural pallet racking solutions. This production welding position involves repetitive work on various rack system configurations such as single selective, pushback, double deep selective, and more. Welders will assemble steel parts and ensure they are securely welded before moving them through automated racks to the next stage of production. Our facility houses a total of nine welding bays, comprising six two-man bays and three four-man bays.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and weld steel parts in a production environment.
- Perform repetitive welding tasks with accuracy.
- Utilize automated racks to transfer completed parts to the next bay.
- Work collaboratively within a team in assigned welding bays.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MiG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
- Experience with basic hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Jig experience and fabrication skills.
- Familiarity with stick welding, grinding, and working with mild steel.
- For higher-level roles: 3-5 years of verifiable welding experience, high-level proficiency in blueprint and weld symbol reading, and machining abilities.

Work EnvironmentOur facility operates in a very organized weld shop environment. Shifts are available for both morning (6:00am-4:30pm) and night (4:45pm-3:15am), Monday through Friday. The work involves handling large steel parts and operating in a collaborative team setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
