What You'll Do
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items
- Follow recipes and production guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
- Assemble patient meals accurately according to dietary requirements
- Operate tray line, grill, and food service stations
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards
- Support catered events, retail food service, and daily meal production
- Work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant, cafeteria, healthcare, or food service environment
- Ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Healthcare or hospital food service experience is a plus

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond Heights, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
