About this role
Location: Castleton, IN Pay: up to $21.09/hrShift:
- 1st shift- 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday | $18.50/hr
- 2nd shift- 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday | $20.35/hr
- 3rd shift- 9:15 PM - 6:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday | $21.09/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials
- Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Perform shipping and receiving duties
- Stock and distribute materials to warehouse and production areas
- Build boxes and prepare packaging for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if qualified)
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or material handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- RF scanner experience
- Forklift experience
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.09/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
