Immediate Hiring - Production Associate in Poway

We are hiring a Production Associate to operate precision machining equipment and help produce high-quality components used in cutting-edge technologies worldwide.If you have experience operating machinery, reading blueprints, performing inspections, and working in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate lapping and surface grinding equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
- Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and microscopes.
- Conduct quality inspections and document production data.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure product quality standards are met.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, machining, production, or machine operation.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- High School Diploma or GED.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
