Job Title: TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin a leading construction company specializing in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. As a technician, you will be involved in connecting pieces of steel together, working with steel framing, metal roofing, metal siding, and trim. This role requires working at heights on scissor lifts and forklift baskets.
Responsibilities
- Connect pieces of steel in pre-engineered metal buildings.
- Work with steel framing, metal roofing, metal siding, and trim.
- Ensure safety by working at heights with appropriate safety equipment.
Essential Skills
- Experience in construction, particularly with sheet metal, gutters, metal roofing, roofing, metal siding, and metal buildings.
- Experience as a framer in construction.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work EnvironmentWork is conducted on commercial buildings, primarily outdoors. Employees should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and at heights. Expected work hours are 45 to 52 per week. Projects are both local and may require travel.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Park City, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
