About this role
Job Title: Structural Assembler ($28/hour)Build aircraft structures for a leading aerospace manufacturer! We're seeking experienced Structural Assemblers to assemble, fit, and modify airframe components using blueprints, work orders, and precision tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install aircraft structural components
- Drill, ream, countersink, rivet, and fasten parts to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, jigs, and fixtures
- Perform repairs, rework, and quality inspections as needed
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of aircraft or aerospace structural assembly experience
- Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
- Experience with drilling, riveting, countersinking, and structural repairs
- Familiarity with aerospace tooling, fixtures, and fasteners
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gardena, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
