[URGENTLY HIRING]Job Title: Utility- Production and Packaging Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team where you will package chocolates and finished products into boxes while working alongside a moving conveyor line. You will be responsible for maintaining the pace of the production line, ensuring products are packaged correctly, and performing various production and packaging duties as assigned throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the pace of the production line while ensuring products are packaged correctly.
• Perform various production and packaging duties as assigned throughout the shift.
• Follow instructions from Forepersons, Supervisors, and Managers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in required stretching/exercises throughout the workday.
• Follow all GMP, safety, quality, and food production procedures.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, packaging, food packaging, and food production.
• Proficiency in operating utility lines, production lines, and assembly lines.
• Expertise in packaging and conveyor belt operation.
• Ability to work in fast-paced production and food manufacturing environments.
• Competence in quality inspection and material handling.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Adherence to GMP guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to stand and work on an assembly/production line for 8+ hours, excluding breaks.
• Comfortable performing repetitive packaging tasks throughout the shift.
• Available to work 40 hours per week plus overtime when required.
• Weekend availability when production needs require it.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.85 - $20.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
