Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilities
- Perform corrective and emergency maintenance on food packaging/processing equipment to maximize machine uptime.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and work orders to extend asset life.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues with equipment.
- Rebuild pumps, mills, gearboxes, and other mechanical components.
- Assist Production Machine Operators in troubleshooting equipment problems.
- Support production operators with changeovers and machine setups to enhance their skill level.
- Undertake miscellaneous projects and duties within the maintenance department.
- Support the SQF Program and promote food safety.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing machinery, mechanical equipment, and systems.
- Experience in maintenance repair, PLC troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS, conveyor maintenance, and hydraulics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-speed food/beverage manufacturing.
- Capability to perform duties of a Production Machine Technician.
- Basic understanding of mechanical applications and principles.
- Basic part identification skills.
- Basic knowledge in packaging equipment repair and maintenance, processing equipment repair and maintenance, HVAC systems repair and maintenance, and hydraulic systems troubleshooting and repair.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
