We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Production Operators in Biddeford, ME. If you have experience in general labor, warehousing, construction, landscaping, food production, machine operation, or simply enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do
As a Production Operator/worker, you'll be part of a team that manufactures high-quality carbon-based products used in critical industries worldwide. Responsibilities include:
- Learn to safely operate production equipment through hands-on training
- Assist with material handling and movement throughout the production process
- Monitor equipment and product quality during production runs
- Work closely with teammates to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow established safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who are
- Ready to learn new skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing
- Comfortable with physical, active work throughout the shift
- Able to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Comfortable working in elevated areas (10-15 feet) when needed
- Able to wear a respirator and other required safety equipment when necessary
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working a 8-12 hour shifts.
Helpful but not required
- Manufacturing experience
- Machine operation experience
- Construction, warehouse, landscaping, farming, or other hands-on labor experience

Work Environment
This is an active, industrial manufacturing environment. You'll work with carbon-based materials and production equipment in a warm, hands-on setting. The role requires the use of personal protective equipment, including a respirator, hard hat, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots. The work can be physically demanding, but it offers excellent benefits, long-term stability, valuable skill development, and opportunities for advancement.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, ME.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
