Pay is $25/hr, Monday-Friday schedule Job DescriptionThis role provides vital administrative and coordination support to recruiting and pre-employment processes. Working closely with the Corporate Recruiter and Human Resources team, you will help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Administer job postings and coordinate pre-employment activities.
- Prepare offer letters and manage applicant tracking.
- Ensure new hire readiness and assist in onboarding processes.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Outlook

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
