- 1st Shift: Mon-Thu | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Remove weld spatter from newly welded metal parts.
- Operate handheld grinding tools to smooth metal surfaces.
- Prepare fabricated parts for the painting process.
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Move materials throughout the production area as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work independently while supporting a small team environment.
Qualifications
Required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and stable work history.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
Preferred
- Previous fabrication, grinding, welding, assembly, or production experience.
- Experience using grinders or other power tools.

Work Environment
You'll work in a fabrication shop operating handheld grinders on welded metal components. The work is hands-on and active. During warm weather, hydration breaks are provided and safety remains a top priority.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Must wear steel-toe boots.
