What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Perform assembly and production tasks using hand and power tools
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Move materials throughout the production area
- Read and follow work instructions and production specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support different areas of production as business needs change
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, construction, farm, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
