Job Title: Forklift OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to efficiently handle Clark Propane Forklifts for loading and unloading inventory from trucks. You will also utilize RF scan guns to accurately document inventory movements.
Responsibilities
- Operate Clark Propane Forklifts to load and unload trucks.
- Use RF scan guns for accurate inventory documentation.
- Ensure safe and efficient handling of inventory.
- Participate in onsite interviews discussing equipment usage.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, including sit-down models.
- Experience with RF scanners.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in baking supervision.
- Background in production and food manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work efficiently in hot temperatures and freezer conditions.
Work EnvironmentThis role operates across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, offering flexibility in work hours. The work environment includes both hot temperatures and potential freezer conditions, requiring attention to safety and comfort. Dress code and safety gear will be discussed during the interview.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Ronkonkoma, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
