Construction Laborer Four Seasons Hotel Project

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent construction work, overtime, provided housing, and the opportunity to work on a major project in Telluride.
What You'll Do
- Move and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with site prep, demolition, digging, grading, and concrete work
- Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades
- Perform jobsite cleanup and trash removal
- Set up fencing, safety barriers, and temporary work areas
- Assist with traffic control and material handling
- Help with snow removal and winter jobsite maintenance
- Use hand and power tools safely
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial construction, landscaping, or general labor experience
- Able to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Able to work outdoors in cold, snow, rain, sun, and high-altitude conditions
- Comfortable working on uneven terrain, ladders, and scaffolding
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to follow direction

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
