Job Title: Tool and Die MakerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in tooling, machining, and metal fabrication. The Tool & Die Maker will assist in building, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds used in the production process.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction, repair, and maintenance of tools, dies, and fixtures.
- Operate machining equipment such as lathes, mills, grinders.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to identify and correct tooling issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maximize equipment performance.
Essential Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Technical school training in machining, manufacturing, or tool & die preferred but not required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
