Job Title: 1st Shift Associate TechnicianJob DescriptionThe 1st Shift Associate Technician supports packaging operations in an over-the-counter (OTC) and nutritional manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality products are packaged safely, accurately, and on time. Working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM in Myerstown, PA, this role operates as part of multidisciplinary, autonomous, and dynamic teams focused on driving operational efficiency, adopting new technologies, and continuously improving production processes.

Machine Operator / Production Technician | $19/hr | 1st ShiftWe are hiring Machine Operators/Production Technicians in Myerstown, PA!Pay: $19/hrShift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:20 PMThis position is a great fit for someone with previous manufacturing, machine operation, production, packaging, or warehouse experience. You'll operate automated production and packaging equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot minor machine issues, complete changeovers, record production information, and help keep the production line running safely and efficiently.We're looking for candidates who:
- Have manufacturing, production, machine operating, packaging, or warehouse experience
- Are mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment
- Can follow safety and quality procedures
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable using basic computer systems
- Want to learn and grow their manufacturing skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:20 PMPay: $19.00/hourLocation: Myerstown, PAOther requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work overtime as required based on production demands.
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience using motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment (preferred).
- At least 6 months of experience using computer systems in a professional setting.
- Experience operating packaging and machine equipment in a production or manufacturing setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
