About the Role

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Workers to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment within a large, modern data center facility. This position involves routine cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, and operational spaces, along with occasional outdoor cleaning duties.If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active throughout your shift, and are committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office areas, breakrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize facility surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials throughout the facility.
• Support floor care activities and general housekeeping tasks.
• Perform occasional outdoor trash collection and light exterior cleaning.
• Follow all safety procedures and site cleanliness standards.
• Properly use janitorial equipment, cleaning products, and supplies.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and overtime assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, manufacturing, food service, or general labor roles.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as required.

Preferred Experience

• Floor care and custodial experience.
• Experience working in large facilities or industrial environments.
• Comfortable working in a data center or construction-adjacent setting.
• Strong focus on safety and quality standards.

Work Environment

• Large, newly built data center facility.
• Indoor work with occasional outdoor cleaning responsibilities.
• Active work environment that may include nearby construction activity.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.
• Frequent walking, lifting, bending, and movement throughout the facility.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
