Agricultural Millwright - Travel Nationwide

What You'll Be Doing
- Install conveyors, bucket elevators, grain handling systems, and processing equipment
- Assemble structural steel, platforms, stairs, catwalks, and support structures
- Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications
- Read blueprints and layout drawings to complete installations
- Operate forklifts, man lifts, skid loaders, and other jobsite equipment
- Assist with startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new systems
- Work with a skilled crew building industry-leading agricultural facilities
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, mechanical installation, maintenance, or millwright work
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Welding and fabrication experience is highly preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to travel
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Grain elevators, feed mills, ethanol plants, seed processing facilities, or material handling systems
- Structural steel erection
- Rigging and crane signaling
- Forklift or aerial lift operation
- OSHA 10 certification

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $38.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
