Now Hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician
Location: Greece, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
Pay: $20-$24/hr pending experienceSummaryInterested in building a career in the skilled trades? Were looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our facility maintenance team. Youll gain practical experience performing repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects while developing skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other construction-related trades.
Responsibilities
- Learn to perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
- Receive hands-on training in apartment maintenance and construction-related trades.
- Assist with apartment turnovers, repairs, and move-in preparation.
- Complete maintenance requests and work orders with guidance as needed.
- Learn to safely use common hand and power tools.
- Help maintain building grounds, common areas, and overall property appearance.
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance.
Skill Recommendations/Requirements
- 6+ months experience of trade school education or on the job training preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Greece, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
