What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic presses, CNC machines, furnaces, ovens, and auxiliary production machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, pulleys, and hydraulic components
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and component replacement, including sensors, relays, switches, and other controls
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent corrective actions
• Complete facility maintenance projects, including lighting repairs, basic plumbing, and general building upkeep
• Fabricate or modify parts using manual machine shop equipment such as lathes and mills
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs and support continuous operations
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status effectively

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with industrial equipment and hydraulic systems
• Experience performing both mechanical and electrical repairs
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and root cause analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working on production equipment, facility systems, and general maintenance projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating manual lathes and milling machines
• Welding or fabrication experience
• CNC maintenance experience
• Experience in precision manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
