- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Shift: Available between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM : Typical workday is approximately 8 hours
- Pay: Up to 28/hr
- Rotating on-call schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
We are hiring a Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain commercial food service and beverage equipment throughout the Tulsa and surrounding Oklahoma areas.
What You'll Be Doing
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial food service and beverage equipment.
- Service equipment including ice cream machines, slushie machines, frozen beverage equipment, fryers, and other commercial kitchen appliances.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related equipment issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs.
- Travel to customer locations throughout Tulsa, North Oklahoma, and Northeast Oklahoma.
- Manage and prioritize service calls while working independently in the field.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Provide professional customer service while communicating equipment issues and repair recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing throughout the day.
- Field Service Technician experience.
- HVAC or refrigeration experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Competitive pay based on experience
