What You'll Be Responsible For
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility
- Perform maintenance on production machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility systems
- Service overhead cranes, conveyors, silos, HVAC systems, motors, belts, filters, and other critical equipment
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce unplanned downtime
- Assist with equipment installations, machinery upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Maintain, repair, and improve both legacy and modern automated manufacturing equipment
- Partner with operations teams to quickly resolve production issues and keep lines running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of motors, drives, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience with welding, HVAC, plumbing, fabrication, or machining is a plus
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused maintenance culture

This position is based in a large-scale manufacturing facility where no two days are the same. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Circle Pines, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
